The Bültmannshof in Bielefeld currently advertises with "Bavarian weeks." Since I like to eat pork, I wanted my mother to do something good tonight and invite me to dinner. On the so-called "Bavarian" card is actually a "pork grilled with Bavarian cabbage" stands for 9.50 €. (Stands outside on the table with the daily specials also still something of a pork for € 10.80.) How, then, both have each ordered a pork and let us surprise you.
And this surprise has managed to Bültmannshof really! What we had was finally served, the meat content of about one-sixth the size of a normal Bavarian pork and to an almost completely bißfestigkeitsfreie consistency, which are known otherwise only durchgedrehtem chicken in fast food restaurants. My mother was the presence of mind to ask whether this would be perhaps an entirely new breeding of pigs, but the waiter did not understand anyway.
Some time later by an apparently higher-ranking employee (or was it perhaps even the boss of the house?) and us nosy declared that it would be of a suckling pig knuckles. is all well and good, but I think this is important information, but probably with the card so that you as a guest incorrectly has the idea that one of the already high price of pork would really get a proper. But only something that would go through in Bavaria at best as an appetizer plate.
has made any case, the Bültmannshof something I've never seen before and that might well have seen in Bavaria and never someone I have ordered a whole pork, and what I got, complete eaten - and I was still hungry afterwards! In fact, I'm going now once cook a decent dinner. And as for the Bültmannshof, I was (like my godmother put it generally cares) there tonight twice: The first and last time because I am not willing to put up with me, such a bag sewing again!
