As part of my job as a research assistant at the University of Wuppertal I work on the program work back Health (PACT) with. This program strives with respect to reducing, by promoting the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and technical assistance from the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health question in 13 is disposed of the complaints of the employees of the musculoskeletal system. The program is conducted by Department of Work and Organizational Psychology by Prof. Dr. R. Wieland (where I am employed), the management consulting GmbH uve and the German statutory accident insurance .
During the term of the program, a system of modules developed and tested, the health-promoting Work supports. This is the one to three hierarchical levels focused: the management, executives and professional staff. On the other hand is set at different measures: primary prevention for employees, improve workplace safety and worker protection, improvement of work organization, developing a supportive work environment through leadership and team development. Also being considered is to build networks to promote mutual assistance and exchange of experiences.
